hi i get very frustrated when im not on the computer and when someone else is. i get frustrated and start to cuss and swear and lash out. sometimes when im at the supermarket i get 'TROLLY RAGE' and start to bash people and say 'MOVE OUT OF MY WAY' really rudely and angrily and stomp around often hitting things and people and going 'ARGGGH'. can someone give me some advice?
