I went to the gym on Friday evening having not done any real physical activity since my last week away with the army about 3 weeks ago.

I struggled to bench press 30kg (66lb). 2 sets of 10 reps.

Which has really made me think about my strength. That si bad isn't it? I mean if I had done somethng over the 3 weeks liek I usually do Id have been able to lift 40kg probably... I can do 85 press ups...

I dont have the greatest build to begin with...

I have puny arms, I can hardly do press ups, but I can lift 120kg with my legs

I notice that as well. Usually, I can do like 40 or 50 kg, but if I was to go right now and do some, I'd probably only be able to do 30 or 35, because I haven't been doing it enough.

Simply exercise more often. Like, 3 times a week or so.

Hmm, maybe its because even if you did do stuff with the army, it wasn't the stuff for bench pressing.

And everyone is strong in a different way. You have fairly strong arms, and are probably slim, and tall. I'm not sure about your legs.

Me, I have strong arms and legs, but my core isn't as strong. We all mix and match. My friend on the other hand, is legs and core.

Ya hear?

well look at what other people here have said. its not very good. I mean it was without any ativity for 3 weeks, but even so. I wasnt pleased with it. That said i can do 85 press ups when i am with the army, which again isnt a lot but i could probably do mor ethan that if i tried.

but 30kg was actuallu tough on friday. i mean that was bad...i cant get over how week i am.
