me and my friends the other day were having a deep conversation about life and stuff (we were high), and one of my friends said "you know what scares me the most? that all i am is a thought in someone's head." i've been thinking about it, and it kind of does freak me out. what are your thoughts on this?

Would all of us be in someone else's head, then? Or just one person? If so, how could that person concentrate on the many details surrounding our lives, especially our own thoughts? And just what kind of person are we talking about? Are they someone else on Earth? Couldn't be.
