There is this girl that we were both friends with once but after a lot of shit on her part i stopped talking to ( 6 months ago) which apparently she still hasn't gotten the idea of since she trys to talk every once and a while.

Anyways we are now both not friends with her. She has been spreading lies and stuff about my friend (telling people that she tried to kill her child with is such a lie!)  

Now it seems that she was stolen my pics... or atleast the ones of my friends son and is now using it as her MSN DP. Not only is it fucked up that she is using my friend's son's picture as her DP but im really pissed that she stole my pics and is using them.

So my question is would you be?

And what would you do (Remember i dont want to talk to her cause i dont want to break 6 months) but at the same time i want to yell at her till my vioce is gone and slap her silly.

I know legally i cant do anything. I mean like you said i was the one that put them on the net, im not so pissed off about the fact that she "Stole" them its more the fact that they are mine. I took them. I dont know it just annoys me. I know im being childish.
