About a month ago I started doing weight training with a good program and have completely changed my diet as well. Before I started I got someone to measure arms, chest etc.

Now it's been a month and I'm not too impressed with my progress, but my sister who knows all about this stuff is at university learning all about it tells me it takes 8 weeks to see real progress and that I've made decent progress but I'm convinced shes just trying to spare my feelings -

I'm pretty scrawny at the moment and did the measurements in cm so:

Chest - started at 89.5 now 90.1

Right Arm - started at 27.5 now 29.5

Left Arm - started at 28.2 now 28.5 (yes I know my right is bigger than my left)

Waist - 75 now 77.2

What do you guys think? Like I said it's only been a month and to be honest the first couple of weeks I was getting into routine with the exercises so I might've not doin them my best.
