Drama queens are bad enough, but the absolute worst are drama queens who aren't even remotely attractive. The very thought of them hooking up with unfortunate/desperate guys every weekend is enough to make people hurl, thereby sending their annoying factor through the roof. I mean, just imagine how even more unbearable Gossip Girl would be if instead of hot girls you had ugly-ass bitches.
