Well, getting into shape isn't something you can do in only two weeks. It's going to take some time, but you can sure get a good start and start to form some good habits that will help you lose some weight and get your body looking nice and toned. From the sound of things i assume you are a girl and when you say "in shape", it is my assumption that you want a better body appearance, not necessarily physical stamina and endurance.
The first thing you need to work on is your diet. It is important not to have a huge calorie intake if you aren't going to be active, yet eat enough to where you can still exercise and not get dizzy or light headed. It is proven that during a meal, if there is a lot of variety then a person is apt to eat more. Try to keep your meal pretty basic with not a lot of variety while still getting the nutrients your body needs.
Trying to lose weight on a specific diet relays the message that it will end some day. When a diet ends many people gain back most, if not all the weight lost. Having said this, don't get the idea in your head that you are on a diet. Think of it more as a change in lifestyle that way you are more likely to stick with it.
Some exercises you can do to tone your buttocks include: squats, lunges, plie squats, and in a standing position, move your leg out to the right, then in, then out again (swinging motion back and forth).
Developing a toned middle is one of the most difficult things. In order to do so you have to have a healthy diet and keep the extra pounds off. Also you need to do a lot of abdominal strengthening exercises which include: set-ups, crunches, toe touches, scissor kicks, pelvic tilts, and lifted-leg push-ups.
Getting into shape and getting a toned body is a very difficult thing, so don't get discouraged. Stick with a healthy diet and good physical routine and i know you will eventually reap the benefits.
