I get them all the time.
I have one on the edge of my top lip. It is making my lip swollen.
Sure my top lip finally looks as big as I want it but god damn it fucking hurts!
I can't eat, smile, talk or laugh without pain.
I stole some numbing shit for canker sores from my work, but the sealant it creates rubs off too easily since the sore rubs up against my tooth.

But just so you all know, 10% of the population suffers from this disease.
So I'm betting one of you fuckers feels my pain.
