is there anything where you can put in the image you have, and it'll come up with a list of websites displaying that exact image.
Sorta like if u were to type lyrics into google and it'd come up with what sites have those exact lyrics on them
but i have a picture and i want to see if it's hosted anywhere else on the net/on a site
is this possible?

This. Upload any picture and use it to find its occurrences on the net. It doesn't search the whole internet though. It's what I use to catch image fakers.
