They say NEVER assume something is good for you.
I am wondering - is aloe vera juice good for you?
I've tried researching and have got nothing.
I mean, its mainly water, aloe vera powder, grape juice flavouring and fructose (whats that?) and I think some actual organic bits.
I wonder if it would help with heart burn?
Anyway, thoughts?
I really love it now, but do not wanna get too attatched if it is unhealthy.

Fructose is a simple reducing sugar found in many foods and is one of the three important dietary monosaccharides along with glucose and galactose. Honey, tree fruits, berries, melons, and some root vegetables, such as beets, sweet potatoes, parsnips, and onions, contain fructose, usually in combination with glucose in the form of sucrose. Fructose is also derived from the digestion of granulated table sugar (sucrose), a disaccharide consisting of glucose and fructose, and high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS).

I found that online for you. I've never heard of Aloe Vera juice. If you want something healthy, that's good for your heart, try Pomegranant juice. It's really good for your heart.

Great website about Pomegranate juice benefits.

Good website about Aloe Vera juice benefits.

there have been many tests on aloe vera to try and prove that it has medical benefits but its been inconclusive. there are just as many for as there are against

the juice wouldnt be too healthy, none of them are, they are advertised as being healthy so people buy them

go to a natropath and ask her what is best and what different stuff does

otherwise just look it up yourself on google
