Ok, so from my understanding, you can have sex when your 13 in Spain. Is Spanish porn child porn? How does that work?

Um I doubt you can have sex with people whove reached the age of majority when you're 13 there... maybe with fifteen-year-olds

I am Spanish, and child pornography here is considered porn of anyone under 18, same as in America.
It's just if you're caught having sex at 13 they can't arrest you. But a 13 years old having sex with a 12 years old can be arrested I think.

I have no idea how the law works anyway lol. I've heard about 12 years old having sex anyway.

Oh and 18 years old + 13 years old = child abuse, jail.
Not like a 13 years old can have sex with an adult.

Age of consent in England is 16 but you cant be in porn untill you are 18.

Even if it were legal to produce pornography of 13 year olds in spain, you can bet your bottom dollar that internet police yankland would fight tooth and nail to get the producers (even if they happen to be 13 year olds) extradited and paraded through the system.
