My mom just got the flu shot, and she's feeling a little sick after. My friend told me that it's natural to feel a little lousy after, but in general do you get better the next day? (Like well enough to go to work/go to school?)

I've never gotten the flu shot. My doctor said its not really worth it. If you're going to get sick, you're going to get sick flu shot or not.
