You don't think the police would listen to you? You know what he's doing is wrong. I understand completely why you're scared and why you might not want to tell people, but think about yourself and your own wellbeing in the long run. This isn't making you happy. Removing yourself from the situation, getting out and getting away from him just might. It might not make you happy initially. Initially it might be really difficult, but he has no right to be doing this to you and not being in the environment anymore will release you from so much stress and will allow you to live your life without all this trouble. Your dad needs to know what he's doing is wrong, if he doesn't ready. Whether you go to social services, the police, another family member, a teacher, whoever. You know, love, that you need to tell someone.
