I have applied to do a term at Uni through a special program for high school students. It is the same as the course that the actual uni students do.

How difficult would you rate it?

It varies on difficulty, if you get projects, they usually are harder and more involved than anything in HS, most courses rely heavily on tests and/or projects, few actually require homework as part of your grade but its generally stressed that you do the homework for your own sake.

Not a clue, but we've got a similar program too, and apparently it's very difficult.

It depends on the course and what you find difficult. For example, I like writing and doing presentations, so doing essays and projects aren't as tedious for me as somebody whose skills lie in areas like math and science.

Humanities and social sciences courses tend fo have lots of reading, writing and projects whereas science andmathmatics type courses are usually assignments and labs.

I'd say difficult - I'm at university and the work is very different to highschool. Homework is pretty much not compulsory, but it really, really helps if you've done it come exam time.

Your final grade/mark will be a mix of coursework mark and exam.
