What do you think about the small guys in your grade or age group? You know, the ones that are pretty short and don't really work out or have much muscle? would the best thing you would coin that person, be simply "cute"?

I've seen puny guys get the good girls. It's all about personality. If they look "cute" and have a great personality, girls will find them attractive.
But you are at risk of being their supplament midget man, so avoid being the butt of the bigger guys jokes.
