I just downloaded firefox 3. I went to type sites into the address box, like I normally do just to play around. Now, instead of bringing up the normally used sites I go to, it's bringing up anything and everything in my bookmarks that have that letter in it.

How do I change this back to the way it was in Firefox 2?

ie, I type in m to go to myspace.com and it should bring up myspace, plus any other m sites. Instead it brings up 5 sites that have "m" in them...

Hmm, can you not change it in the options?
I don't like FF 3, I use Flock.

no, and there's nothing different that you can't turn off.
and yes, you can downgrade. why don't you know something before you speak about it?

I hated 3, and I went back to 2. all my preferences stayed. it's much better.

So far this is the only thing that bothers me.

The main thing was there are bookmarks that aren't exactly family friendly that popped up and it was like HELLO!
